The owner of King of Hakka Rice Noodles has been doing the business for over 30 years. The store was originally running by his grandmother then taken over by him. About 2 years ago, he redecorated the store and made it a better and brighter place. The owner is very demanding when making Hakka rice noodles. He would like to make the most delectable Hakka rice noodles in the world. To provide complete travel information of Xinpu region, he has a big map of Xinpu on the wall of the store.

The store has combined with other local stores in Xinpu making local travel brochure. In 2011, the store was awarded “Top 100 Stores in Taiwan”.
